经CT引导下臭氧注射治疗椎间盘源性腰痛52例对照观察

目的:探讨CT引导下经皮注射臭氧治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效。方法:将52例椎间盘源性腰痛的患者按照引导方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用CT引导下臭氧注射髓核消融术治疗,对照组使用传统椎间盘造影术治疗,随访至少3个月,对比两组患者平均手术时间、VAS评分、临床有效率及并发症。结果:两组患者平均手术时间和治疗前后的VAS评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但临床有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:臭氧注射是椎间盘源性腰痛的一种安全有效治疗方法,损伤小,并发症少。

Clinical observation of percutaneous medical ozone injection in treating discogenic low back pain under CT scanning guidance

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous medical ozone injection in treating discogenic low back pain under CT scanning guidance.Methods:52 cases with discogenic low back pain were randomly divided into therapy group and control group depending on different ways of guideline.Patients of therapy group were treated by percutaneous medical ozone injection under CT scanning guidance,and others were treated with conventional lumbar discography.Follow-up was performed for at least 3 months to evaluate the therapeutic effects according to VAS scores,effective rates and complications.Results:The differences of mean operative time and VAS scores change beween two groups were significant(P<0.05).But effective rate were not significantly different(P=0.387).Conclusion:Percutaneous medical ozone injection was a safe and effective procedure for discogenic low back pain with benefits of limited invasion,few complications and high effective rate.Controlled with lumbar discography,CT scanning is a better way of guideline.
