益肝丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎92例临床疗效观察

目的：研究益肝丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将182例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组，对照组给于拉米夫定片0．1g，po，qd；治疗组给于益肝丸一次30粒（0．1g／粒），po，tid。疗程均为12个月作疗效判断，并进行6～24个月的随访观察。结果：两组近期疗效相似，P〉0．05；治疗组与对照组远期疗效分别为63．0％、24．4％，P〈0．01，有统计学差异。结论：益肝丸组方科学，疗效确切，且未见不良反应。

Clinical Efficacy of Yigan Pills on Treatment of 92 Cases with Chronic Hepatitis B
