| 摘 要： | 对７２例感染根管做了细菌培养，将蜂胶酊作为根管消毒剂对根管内各类细菌的作用作了实验研究，并对５８例病牙进行临床观察观察。实验表明，感染根管内产黑色素类杆菌群的分离率为９０％。

| Abstract: | Using propolis alcoholicextract(PL) as endodontic anticeptic, we did clinical and microbiological study. Bacteria incubation showed PL had a strong effect on infected dental root canal. Clinical treatment also showed that PL had strong disinfection. And it might be used as endodontic antiseptic. |
