| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析我院10年间急诊收治的脑梗死患者882例的心电图变化。有心电图变化的700例中ST－T段改变占44．6％，心律失常占38．4％，两者发生率比较有显著性差异（P＜0．001）。40岁以上脑梗死患者合并心电图异常者占97．8％，不同年龄组问异常心电图发生率有显著性差异（P＜0．001）.基底节脑梗死以ST－T段改变多见，占此部位异常心电图的48．1％，下丘脑、颞叶、顶叶、枕叶部位梗死以心律失常多见，占此部位异常心电图的46．8％。缺血性心脑疾病发病基础相似，常伴随发生。

| Abstract: | EKG changes in 882 cases of cerebral infarction during the past 10 yearswere analysed retrospectively. Among 700 cases with abnormal EKG findings, slight ST-T changes were found in 44. 6%, and 38. 4% complicating with arrhythmias (P<0. 001).In patients over 40 years, 97. 8% of cerebral infarction were complicated with abnormal EKG findings. The differences in abnormal EKG in different age groups were significant (P<0. 001 ). Changes in ST-T segment were frequently seen in the infarction of basal ganglion (48. 1 % ). Whereas cardiac arrhythmias were frequently seen in infarction of hypothalamus,temporal lobes, the vertex and occipital lobes (46. 8% ). |
