家庭护理干预对提高脑血管病病人生活质量的影响

目的寻找一种能够提高脑血管病病人生活质量的方法。方法选择2002年8月-2004年6月出院的脑血管病病人,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予家庭护理干预。结果入选时,2组人口资料比较无显著性差异,3个月后,病人精神状态得分对照组已开始明显下降,而实验组得分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组的肌力恢复优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论家庭护理干预可提高脑血管病病人生活质量,值得提倡。

Influence of family nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with cerebrovascular disease

Objective To find the effective nursing method to improve quality of life of the patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods From Aug.,2002 to Jun.,2004,the patients who suffered cerebrouascular disease and would be discharge from hospital were divide into experimental group and control group.Family nursing intervention was given for the patients in experimental group.Results At the beginning of the study,there were no significant differences in demography data between two groups.After 3 months,the scores of MMSE of the patients in control group decreased obviously,but that of the patients in experimental group didn't change obviously(P>0.05).The muscle stress of the patients in experimental group was better than that of the patients in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Family nursing intervention can improve the qualify of life of the patients with cerebrouascular disease.
