| 摘 要： | 本文对138例再生障碍性贫血患者进了156人次,粒-单系祖细胞体外培养分型,结果为干细胞缺损型111例,细胞免疫型2例,干细胞缺损兼细胞免疫型15例,干细胞缺损兼体液免疫型3例,造血微环境缺陷型7例,进一步证实了再生障碍性贫血发病机理中主要由干细胞缺损所致。

| Abstract: | To study CFU-GM culture and classification of aplaslic anemia in vitro, 156 samples from 138 patients with aplastic anemia were investigated. The result showed that 111 patients were stem cell defect, 2 cell immune ab-nomal, 3 stem cell with liquid immune abnormalities, 15 stem cell with cell immune abnormalities, 7 hematopoietic microenvironment defect. It further indicate that the major mechanism of aplastic anemia resulted from stem cell defect. |
