肾移植术后肺部严重感染的诊断与治疗

目的 探讨肾移植术后肺部严重感染的诊断及治疗措施。方法 对8例肾移植术后肺部严重感染病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 8例中有6例检出病原体。所有病例经积极抢救治疗，5例治愈，3例死亡。结论 对肾移植术后肺部严重感染患者应高度重视，早期行病原学诊断，根据病原选择有效抗生素，及时调整免疫抑制剂方案，加强全身支持治疗，纠正低蛋白血症，适时应用呼吸机支持和改善通气，纠正低氧血症是救治成功的关键。

patients Diagnosis and treatment of severe pulmonary infection in kidney transplantation

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of the severe pulmonary infection in kidney transplantation patients. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with the severe pulmonary infection following kidney transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. Results Microorganisms could be detected in 6 cases out of 8 kidney transplantation patients. Through all cases positive rescue treatment, 5 cases were cured and 3 died. Conclusion Intensive care and active measures should be given to the severe pulmonary infection patients after kidney transplantation. The key to the successful treatment involved with the diagnosis of etiology in early stage,the selection of effective antibiontics according to the etiology, the adjustment of immunosuppressant,the correction of hypoproteinemia and hypoxia and the use of respirator timely.
