| 摘 要： | 目的：观察羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：共治疗复发性翼状胬肉60只眼。按常规方法切除胬肉组织，巩膜裸露区采用保存的人着膜移植。结果：随访1年，56只眼角膜透明，无新生血管及结膜样组织增生，巩膜区结膜覆盖良好，充血消失。手术成功率93%,4只眼翼状胬肉复发（7%）。结论：羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉有独特疗效，治疗愈率高，复发率低，是目前较为理想的手术方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the treatment of recurrent pterygium with amniotic membrane transplantation. MethodsSixty eyes with recurrent pterygium were treated with preserved amniotic membrane.The excision of pterygium was performed routinely,preserved human amniotic membrane transplanted into the bared sclera.ResultsAll the patients were followed-up for 1 year.The cornea of 56 eyes were transparent,non-neovascularization and conjunctival non-tissue proliferation. The sclera was covered well and conjunctivac congestion disappeared.The successful rate of operation was 93%.4 eyes(7%) occurred again postoperatively.ConclusionAmniotic membrane transplantation is a reasonable method for treatment of pterygium with high success and low recurrent rate. |
