| 摘 要： | 目的:研究骨肉瘤组织中抑癌基因PTEN的表达情况,探讨其在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的可能作用.方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测PTEN蛋白在38例骨肉瘤及20例骨软骨瘤石蜡标本中的表达情况.结果:PTEN蛋白在骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为55.3%,在骨软骨瘤中为90.0%,骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤相比有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论:抑癌基因PTEN蛋白在骨肉瘤组织中表达下调,可能与骨肉瘤的恶性进展有关. |

Expression and significance of PTEN in osteosarcoma |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of a new tumor suppressor gene PTEN in carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma. Methods:Expression of PTEN was detected by using S P immunohistochemical method in 38 cases of paraffin embedded section of osteosarcoma and 20 cases of osteochondroma. Results:The positive rate of PTEN was 55.3 % in osteosarcoma and 90.0 % in osteochondroma. The difference was significant between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma(P<0.01) .Conclusion:The PTEN may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma. |
