270例胎儿脐血流与新生儿体重相关性分析

目的：探讨胎儿脐血流与新生儿体重的关系。方法：通过脐血流监测了解270例孕妇的胎儿脐动脉收缩期血流速度最大值（S）与舒张期血流速度最低值（D）的比值（S/D）,并进行随访观察,以了解其与新生儿体重的关系,了解其预测胎儿宫内生长受限（fetalgrowthrestriction,FGR）及巨大儿的价值。结果：FGR组的脐动脉S/D值明显高于正常组（P〈0.001）,巨大儿组脐动脉S/D值明显低于FGR组（P〈0.001）。结论：脐动脉S/D值可反映胎儿生长情况,可用于预测FGR和巨大儿。

Analysis of 270 cases of fetus weight and changes of umbilical cord blood stream

Objective：To study the relationship between the fetal umbilical arterial blood flow velocity and the bdtween birth weight.Methods：270 cases of cord blood flow monitoring maternal fetal umbilical artery maximum systolic blood flow velocity（S） and diastolic blood flow velocity in the lowest value（D） ratio（S/D） .Conduct follow-up observation to understand the relationship with birth weight,understanding of their predicting fetal growth restriction（FGR） and fetal macrosomia. Results：FGR group of umbilical artery S/D ratio was significantly higher than the normal group（P0.001） ,fetal macrosomia group umbilical artery S/D were significantly lower than the FGR group（P0.001） . Conclusion：Umbilical artery S/D ratio may reflect the growth of the fetus,can be used to predict FGR and fetal macrosomia.
