| 摘 要： | 本文对6例带状疱疹患者病损皮肤组织进行了电镜观察,结果发现肥大细胞、黑素细胞、无髓神经的雪旺细胞及其束膜的纤维细胞有带状疱疹病毒(VZV)感染,电镜下显示 VZV 存在于这些细胞的核内及胞浆中,并在其核内复制增殖。此外,在郎格罕细胞、毛细血管内皮细胞、成纤维细胞、巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞内也观察到 VZV 的核内复制增殖,以及嗜中性粒细胞吞噬 VZV 颗粒。本观察结果提示,VZV 在皮肤组织内的感染具有广泛性,且可通过多种途径播散。

| Abstract: | 6 biopsy specimens from the skin lesions of herpes zoster were studied electron microscopically.Mast cell,melanocyte and Schwann cell and fibroblast of unmyelinated nerve were infected by Varicella-Zoster Virus(VZV),which weie found in nucleus and cytoplasms of these cells and replicated in the nucleus.In addition,the replication of the virus in nucleus could be seen in the Langerhans cells,capillary endothelial cells fibroblasts, macrophages and lymphocytes.Some of mature virus was phagocytised by neutrophilic leucocyte.It was suggested that the extensive infection of VZV might occur in the skin lesion and the virus could spread by various ways. |
