妊娠晚期转氨酶升高与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症关系探讨

目的：探讨妊娠晚期转氨酶升高与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ＩＣＰ）关系。方法：对１４２例育龄期正常妇女及２４４例妊娠晚期孕妇血清中谷丙转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）、谷草转氨酶（ＡＳＴ）、总胆红素（ＴＢＩＬ）、碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）和总胆汁酸（ＴＢＡ）进行检测分析。结果：孕妇转氨酶升高时，ＴＢＡ和ＴＢＩＬ升高分别达６１．４％和２１．７％，所有孕妇ＡＬＰ均升高，ＴＢＡ升高与转氨酶升高有较高的相关性。结论：如果排除肝脏的原

Discussion of relation the transaminase rised in late gravidic with the intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

OBJECTIVE:Discussion of relation the transaminase rised in late gravidic with the intranhepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). METHODS:We analysed ALT, AST, ALP, TBIL and TBA for 142 cases women in generative priod and 244 cases in late gravidic women in serum.RESULTS:When the gravida's transaminase rised up, TBA and TBIL rised to part 61 4% and 21 7%. All gravida's ALP rised up. TBA and Transaminase rised to have correlation. CONCLUSION:If primary diseases in liver with else had not been keep out, as Transaminase and TBA rised in late gravida, if they had not been pruvitic cutis and Jaundice, they have been diagnosed ICP slightly. Because ALP rised up all gravida, so ALP diagnose unspecific for ICP.
