颅内病变患者脑电地形图脑电图与CT的对比分析

摘    要:本文对326例颅内病变患者的BEAM、EEG与CT进行对比分析。结果表明,在脑外伤、脑动脉硬化、脑炎、癫痫及头痛等以脑机能改变为主的疾病中,BEAM的阳性率高于EEG与CT,但在以脑结构改变为主的疾病中(如脑肿瘤),CT的阳性率高于EEG,而与BEAM相近。说明BEAM不仅能显示大脑功能性病变,也能形象地诊断颅内器质性病变,并能对病变的疗效判断和预后提供重要诊断依据。

Abstract:A comparative study of BEAM,EEG and CT has been made in 326 patients with intracerebral diseases. The reault shows that positive rate of BEAM is higher than that df EEG and CT in head injuries, cerebral arterioclerosis, encephalitis, epilepsy and headache which are functional damages of the brain. Positive rate of CT is higher than that of EEG, but is close to that of BEAM In which are structural damages of the brain. The paper suggests that BEAM can not only find the functional changes, but diagnose the structure damages of the brain, and BEAM provide basis for curative effect and prognosis of diseases.
