康复新液治疗口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡78例

目的比较康复新液和氯己定液治疗口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡（recurrent aphthous u lcer，RAU）的临床疗效。方法选择口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡病例78例，随机分为两组。试验组用康复新液治疗，对照组用洗必汰（氯已定）液治疗，观察1周。根据中华口腔医学会口腔粘膜病专业委员会制定的“口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡局部治疗疗效评价试行标准”评价疗效。试验结果计数数据采用SPSSV10.0进行t检验，计量数据采用卡方检验。结果试验组与对照组平均溃疡期和疼痛指数比较，t检验存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）；试验组与对照组疗效比较，卡方检验也存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论康复新液对口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡的治疗效果从中医、西医理论和临床疗效上均优于氯已定液，可以广泛应用于临床。

Curative effect analysis of Kang-fuxin liquid to oral recurrent aphthous ulcer

Objective To compare the efficacy of Kang-fuxin liquid and Chlorhexidine liquid on oral recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods Seventy-eight patients with RAU were randomly divided into two groups:experiment group and control group.Kang-fuxin liquid was given in treatment group and Xi-bitai liquid(Chlorhexidine liquid)was given in control group for a week.The clinical curative effect was evaluated according to the trail standard of evaluating the partial treatment effect of RAU made by Chinese Committee of Oral Medicine.T test was used in the results of counting data which Chi-square test by SPSS 10 was used in measurement data.Results The average period of ulcer and the index of pain had significant difference between these 2 groups by T test(P<0.05).And the curative effect between these two groups had statistics discrepancy by Chi-square test(P<0.05).Conclusion Conclusion Kang-fuxin liquid is better than Chlorhexidine liquid for RAU,not only from the theory of western medicine and traditional medicine but also from the clinical curative effect,and it can be used extentively in clinic.
