| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区家庭访视对2型糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。方法对150例社区糖尿病患者进行家庭访视，比较访视前后其遵医情况及血糖水平。结果家庭访视后较访视前患者遵医情况改善（P〈0．01），血糖值降低（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论家庭访视可提高2型糖尿病患者遵医行为，较好地控制血糖。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the effect of home visit on the compliance in patients with non - insulin dependent diabetes （ NIDD）. Method One hundred and fifty patients with NIDD were recruited and received home visit. Their compliance and blood glucose level were assessed before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention,the patients＇ compliance was significantly improved （P 〈 0.01 ） and the mean blood glucose level was re- duced （ P 〈 0, 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Home visit can improve the NIDD patients＇ compliance and contribute to better control of blood glucose. |
