| 摘 要： | 目的 研究一种用于肛直肠阴道尿道手术用的牵开器．并应用于临床。方法 将研制的不锈钢肛肠阴道尿道手术环形牵开器（简称环形牵开器）用于112例肛直肠手术的牵拉显露．并选择常规肛直肠手术100例作为时照。结果 112例肛直肠手术牵拉显露良好（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义。结论 肛肠阴道尿道手术环形牵开器用于肛直肠手术牵拉显露效果佳，省人省时，无毒无害，安全可靠，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of a new type of circular retrctor in anal,rectal,vaginal and urethral surgery,and to use in clinic.Methods A new type of circular retractor was used to draw and expose anus and rectum in 112 cases during operation,and contrast with the old routine operation in 100 cases with the circular retractor.Results A good field of vision could be obtained with using this type of circular retractor in 112 cases during operation(P<0.01).Conclusion A good field of vision can be obtained using this new type of circular retractor.It is effective,safe,saving time and manpower harmless,and worth promoting. |
