| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 B超对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断价值。 方法 利用 B超对双侧肾上腺区多体位多切面常规扫查。 结果 6例经手术及病理证实的肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中 B超正确诊断 5例 ,诊断符合率 83.33%。 结论 B超诊断肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤具有安全无伤、图像直观、符合率高、定位准确、经济简便、便于随访等优点 ,具有首选检查价值 ,值得推广

| Abstract: | Objective\ To discuss the diagnostic value on adrenal pheochromocytoma by B\|ultrasonography.\ Methods\ To use B\|trasonic for the routine examination in two sides of adrenal gland with multi\|postural and across\|sectional scanning.\ Results\ 5 cases had been correctly diagnosed by B\|ultrasonic examination among those 6 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma diagnosed by surgical operation and pathology.\ The rate of correct diagnosis was 83.33%.\ Conclusion\ The diagnosis made by B\|ultrasonic on adrenal pheochomocytoma has its advantages such as safty, direct image, correct position and high ratio of diagnosis, which is the first\|choice of examination |
