脉通灵合剂治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症的临床研究

目的 观察脉通灵合剂治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症(脱疽)热毒伤阴型的疗效.方法 选择诊断明确的中医辨证属热毒伤阴型的动脉硬化性闭塞症(脱疽)患者,用脉通灵合剂治疗并总结疗效.结果 临床痊愈28例;显效35例;有效10例;无效5例;恶化2例;总有效率91.25%.肢体皮肤发凉、间歇性跛行、静息痛、溃疡愈合等症状和血液流变学指标改善明显(P＜0.01).结论 脉通灵合剂是治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症有效安全的药物.

Clinical study on treatment of ASO with Maitongling Mixture

Objective To observe the curative effect of Maitongling Mixture on arteriosclerosis obliteration (ASO, gangrene of finger or toe, Chinese medical syndrome of yin-damage by heat toxin). Method To choose the patients with diagnosed ASO (gangrene of finger or toe, syndrome of yin-damage by heat toxin) and give them the treatment with Maitongling Mixture. The curative effect was observed and summed up. Result There were 28 cases cured, 35 with significant curative effect, 10 with effect, 2 without effect and 2 deteriorated. The total effective rate was 91.25 %. The himorrheological indexes and symptoms, such as cool feeling on the skin, intermittent claudication, rest pain and ulcerous healing were relieved obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion Maitongling Mixture is effective and safe for the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliteration.
