| 摘 要： | 牙本质基质明胶具有骨诱导活性。本文应用牙本质基质明胶盖髓，术后４周有完整的牙本质桥形成，牙本质桥主要由骨样牙本质构成。牙本质基质明胶促进牙本质形成取决于其中含有的骨形成蛋白。

| Abstract: | Dentin Demineralized Matria(DDM) has the astivity to induce bone formation. In this study, the DDM was used as dental capping agent. The results showed that,4 weeks after operation, complete dentin bridge was induced, and the activity of DDM to induce dentin formation was associated with bone morphogenetic protein in DDM. So DDM could induce reparative dentin formation. |
