| 摘 要： | 对２１个牙周炎患牙病变牙骨质的微区无机成分作显微分析，结果表明：Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｃｌ、Ｃｕ元素在龈上、袋内和骨内３平面含量有统计学差异。而Ａｌ、Ｓｉ、Ｐ、Ｓ、Ｋ、Ｚｎ诸元素在３平面病变牙骨质中含无差异。

| Abstract: | periodontally involved teeth were divided into 3 groups, i.e. 7 teeth in each group. Onc cross section was taken from infragingival, subgingival and interosseous plane correspondingly and 4 points of cementum were analysed with electron probe. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences among three groups in concentration of Ca, Mg, Cl and Cu; while there were no differences among three groups in concentration of the other six elements. These suggested that the local factors made an important influence for the content of cementum. |
