医务人员高血压患者治疗的依从性与健康教育

目的：了解医务人员高血压患者的血压控制状况与治疗依从性．以完善健康教育措施。方法：对160例高血压患者进行血压控制与相关心脑血管病危险的随访，并与160例正常对照组共同进行高血压认知和健康生活方式问卷调查。结果：高血压控制率为45％．高血压合并高血脂、高血糖、高血尿酸、肥胖的患者没有得到适当治疗．高血压的认知和掌握健康生活方式调查显示，高血压组逊于对照组。结论：医务人员迫切需要提高自身高血压防治水平。

Compliance in Treatment and Health Education of Hypertension in Medical Staff

Objective: To know the control and compliance of treatment of hypertension in medical staff to improve measures of health education. Methods: Go with follow-up survey of blood pressure control and risks of relative cardiovascular diseases in 160 hypertension patients in medical staff, have a survey with questionnaire of cognition of hypertension and life style in 160 normal people for contrast. Results: The rate of controlling hypertension reached 45%. Patients with hypertension combined with high blood fat, high blood sugar, high blood uric acid and fat did not get proper treatment. The investigation shows the rate of hypertension group is lower than that of contrast group. Conclusions: Medical staff should raise the level of preventing and treating hypertension themselves.
