突发公共事件现场紧急医学救援中存在的问题与对策

紧急医学救援体系是公共卫生体系与城市安全保障体系的重要组成部分。它是一个国家，一个城市现代科学文明水平的具体体现。随着社会的发展，科学的进步和市民健康意识的提高，对提供安全保障的需要和能力提出了越来越高的要求，特别是在生命安全受到威胁时，更是渴望得到及时高效的紧急医学救援。本文结合北京紧急医学救援体系，主要对紧急医学救援体系在实施紧急救援时存在的主要问题（如指挥调度、信息汇集及决策和救援队伍方面）进行剖析并提出了相应的对策。

Problems and measures on public emergency medical emergency rescue

Emergency medical rescue system was the important part of public health system and city security system. It presented the country＇s civilization. With the development of society, science and life awareness, more and more demands in safety was presented, especially when life was threatened. Emergency medical rescue was more and more highlighted. Based on Beijing emergency medical rescue system, problems as well as dispatch, information collection, decision making and emergency staff were analyzed and measures were discussed.
