| Abstract: | This essay introduces rehmannia＇ s function, treatment, cultivation and storage. Rehmannia can be subdivided into three groups： uncooked rehmannia, fresh rehmannia and cooked rehmannia. Uncooked rehmannia can be used to cool blood, clear heat, nurish yin and generate blood; cooked rehmannia can be employed to strengthen kidney, nourish yin and enrich blood; fresh rehmannia is mainly used to cure warmth-and- heat and epidemic diseases, and delirium etc. |
