| 摘 要： | 采用中医辨证论治、激素、雷公藤、潘生丁等中西医结合四联疗法,治疗狼疮性肾炎(LN)32例,结果:近期完全缓解8例,基本缓解14例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率为93.8％.

| Abstract: | Based on the TCM general principle of "Planning Treatment according to Diagnosis", 32 cases of lupoid nephritis were treated with hormone, Triterygium wilfordii, Persantine, ect. The results indicated that the conditions in 8 Cases remittod completely and in 14 cases remitted basically within 1 year. 8 cases were improved and 2 cases failed to respond to the medical treatment. The total effective rate was 93.8%. |
