3种蟑螂密度监测方法与效果分析对比试验

目的验证3种蟑螂密度监测方法之间的实效性、可比性,为蟑螂密度调查提供科学依据.方法采用目前常用的3种蟑螂密度监测方法,在同一现场同步进行对比试验.结果目测法、粘捕法、药激法蟑螂密度检出率分别为19.32%,11.26%,5.86%.3种监测方法结果比较,x2=37.72,P<0.001,差异有显著性意义,其中目测法检出率最高.结论应当结合实际,采用因时、因地制宜的科学监测方法,提高灭蟑效果.

The density monitor methods and efficacy analysis experiment of three kinds of cockroaches

Objective To verify the practicality and comparability of the methods for monitoring the density of three kinds of cockroaches,and to provide the scientific basis for the investigation of cockroaches density.Methods According to the methods for monitoring the density of three kinds of cockroaches which were used often at present,and carrying out the contrast experiment at the same place.Results The examined rates of rang estimating,gluing to catch and drug arousing were 19.32%,11.26% and 5.86% respectively.Comparing the results of three methods, x 2=37.72, P<0.001 .The differences had remarkable significances and the examined rate of rang estimating was the highest of the three methods.Conclusion It was necessary to take scientific monitor methods for controlling cockroaches.
