| 摘 要： | ＂菜单式＂教学是一种新型的教学模式,它针对医学生的需求开展教学,其目的在于提高教学的实效性。它顺应了高等教育教学人才培养模式改革的趋势,提高了教学实效性。＂菜单式＂教学模式的研究与实施过程包括：前期准备阶段、试点探索阶段和评估与整理阶段。

| Abstract: | ＂Menus-style ＂teaching is a new teaching model.It addresses the needs of medical students to carry out teaching,which aims to improve teaching effectiveness.It conforms to the trends of reform of higher education teaching.It will improve teaching effectiveness.＂Menus-style＂ teaching model and implementation process include the preparation stage,pilot stage of exploration and evaluation and finishing stage. |
