医学院校女大学生择业行为与心理健康水平之相关性研究

目的了解医学院校毕业女大学生的心理健康状况和择业行为,为提高女大学生的心理健康水平,有针对性的加强心理健康教育和就业择业指导提供参考。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编的择业心理行为调查表,采取随机抽样的方式,对375名不同专业的毕业女大学生进行了调查。结果毕业女大学生群体SCL-90中总均分,躯体症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性等5个因子分明显高于全国青年常模,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);而且女大学生心理健康水平与其择业行为在一定程度上有明显相关。结论医学院校毕业女大学生群体的心理健康状况总体上与正常人没有明显差异,但仍有一部分学生存在轻度或中度以上心理问题,以至于影响到毕业择业的顺利进行。

An Investigation and Analysis of the Present State of Mental Health of the Girl Students in Medical University

Objective Keep track of the state of mental health of girl graduates in medical universities as well as their job seeking behavior to give a reference with regard to improving their mental health,enhancing mental health education pertinent to them,giving them guidance in their efforts to seek jobs.Methods With SCL-90 and self-made form of questionnaire on job seeking behavior,through random selection,investigate 375 graduates majoring in different subjects.Results In SCL-90 of girl graduate colony,the total averagescore and the scores of five factors of body symptom,sensitivity in human relations,anxiety,phobia and psychopathy are more significant than the norm in China,and the difference has proved more obvious(P<0.01,P<0.05),furthermore,to some extent.The level of girl students' mental health apparently has something to do with their job seeking behavior.Conclusion There are no striking differences between the state of mental health of girl graduates from medical universities and that of ordinary people.But there is still a certain group of students troubled by moderate or above moderate mental problems.
