中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法：将120例痛风性关节炎患者随机分成治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）。对照组以奈普生胶囊、别嘌醇片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加服中药治疗。两组连服2个月后判定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率（90.0%）明显高于对照组（75.0%）（χ^2=3.987,P〈0.05）。两组治疗后关节疼痛积分、压痛积分均明显降低（P〈0.05和P〈0.01）;血尿酸（BUA）、血沉（ESR）较治疗前均明显降低（均P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）含量较治疗前均明显降低（均P〈0.05）;治疗组TG含量低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎具有明显优势,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis

Objective：To observe the curative effect of the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the treatment of the patients with gouty arthritis. Methods：120 cases of patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （60 cases）. The control group used Naproxen Capsules and Allopurinol treatment,the treatment group plused Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment based on the control group. The curative effect of two group were determined in 2 months after treatment. Results：The effective rate of treatment group （90.0%） was significantly higher than that of control group （75.0%） （χ2=3.987,P〈0.05）. The joint pain score and tender points in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）; the contents of serum uric acid （BUA） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment （all P〈0.05）,the contents of TC and TG in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment （all P〈0.05）; The contents of TG in the treatment group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and Western Medicine has a clear advantage and clinical application value in patients with gouty arthritis.
