前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效和安全性

目的 :评估前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效性和安全性。　方法 :本试验为随机分组 ,单盲对照 ,持续 4周的临床研究。共有 4 10例受试者参与本研究。　结果 :对观察指标的分析结果显示 ,前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床痊愈 4 7例 ( 15 .2 % ) ,显效 118例 ( 3 8.1% ) ,有效 10 4例 ( 3 3 .5 % ) ,总显效率 5 3 .3 % ,总有效率 86.8% ,明显优于对照组的 2 9.0 %和 66.0 %。治疗组中 3 9例用药后有肛门不适、排便感 ,5例有腹痛、腹泻症状 ,经改进使用方法 ,即将前列安栓置入更深一些 ,病人症状减轻或消失 ,均未有停药。　结论 :前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效肯定 ,明显改善临床症状 ,可作为治疗慢性前列腺炎的一种新药推广应用

Efficacy and Safety of Qianliean Suppository in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

s: Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qianliean Suppository on men with chronic prostatitis. Methods: The observed variables revealed a statistically significant ( P <0.05) improvement over placebo with an total effective rate of 86.8% on Qianliean Suppository vs . 66.0% on placebo. The symptoms improvement (frequency, pains in low abdomen and perineal areas) in the Qianliean Suppository group was superior to that in the placebo group. The treatment with Qianliean Suppository can obviously reduce the number of white blood cells (WBC) in expressed prostatic secretions (EPS). In treating group, 39 subjects had anus discomfort or defecting feel, 5 subjects had abdominal pain or enterorrhea. Through inserting more deeply, all these symptoms were mitigated or dissolved. Conclusions: Qianliean Suppository is an effective, well tolerated treatment for chronic prostatitis.
