| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺错构瘤的临床特点与治疗。方法对我院自1991-2003年收治的18例肺错构瘤患者资料分析。结果18例病人,男性14例,女性4例;年龄21-73岁,平均47岁;均手术治疗,其中肿瘤摘除4例,肺楔形切除10例,肺段切除3例,肺叶切除1例;术后均经病理证实为肺错构瘤;随访无1例复发。结论肺错构瘤手术切除可获得良好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To recognize the clinic characteristics,methods of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of pulmonary hamartomas.Methods From 1991 to 2003,18 cases with pulmonary hamartomas were confirmed,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 18 cases,including 14 men,4 women,were between 21 to 73 years(mean=47).Among them,4 were operated on pulmonary hamartoma enucleations,10 wedge resections,3 segmentectomies,and 1 Lobectomies.All patients were confirmed by pathologic diagnosis of pulmonary hamartome and were followed-up.No recurrence was found.Conclusion Pulmonary hamartoma has satisfactory prognosis with surgical treatment. |
