摘    要:目的优选排石Ⅰ号颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为考察指标。结果最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1h.结论该工艺稳定性好,浸膏得率和绿原酸含量高,适合工业生产。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the optimal extraction processes for Paishi Ⅰ granule. Methods The extractive procedure of PaishiⅠ granule was screened with orthogonal test, according to the extractive rate and content of chlorogenic acid by HPLC. Results The optimal process was performed by 1 h extraction for three times, with 8- fold volume of water. Conclusion This process is stable. Extractyield and chlorogenic acid content is higher and this procession is suitable for production.
