| 摘 要： | 目的比较和评价硝普钠、多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺三联微泵注射治疗顽固性心衰(RHF)的疗效。方法常规给予吸氧、镇静、制动、节食、抗感染,强心、利尿及扩血管治疗。治疗组给予硝普钠50mg溶于5%葡萄糖溶液50ml中,避光,以1ml/h起持续微泵注入,根据血压调节速度,最快不超过4ml/h,24h更换。多巴胺200mg+多巴酚丁胺100mg溶于5%葡萄糖溶液50ml中,以2ml/h起持续微泵注入,根据血压调节速度,最快不超过8ml/h,24h更换。对照组继续给予洋地黄、利尿剂、硝酸甘油等常规治疗,两组其他治疗相同,7d为一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率93.7%,副反应率15.3%,对照组总有效率75.0%,副反应率15.6%,总有效率两组对比差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。副反应率无差异。结论硝普钠、多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺三联微泵注射治疗RHF合理、安全、疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of sodium nitroprusside,dopamine and dobutamine on patients with refractory heart failure by continuing minipumpinjections.
