胃乐舒颗粒剂对慢性浅表性胃炎疗效的临床研究

目的 :研究胃乐舒颗粒剂对慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法 :经内镜确诊为慢性浅表性胃炎患者 2 4 0例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 1 2 0例。治疗组给予胃乐舒颗粒剂 ,每次 1 0 g,1日 3次 ;对照组给予养胃冲剂 ,每次 1 5 g,1日 3次 ,疗程均为 6周。结果 :治疗 6周后 ,两组消化道症状均有显著改善 ( P<0 .0 5 )。其中治疗组缓解上腹饱胀、上腹痛、嗳气等症状的有效率分别为 79.4%、72 .1 %、74.2 % ,胃粘膜的炎症改善有效率为 80 .0 % ,活动性炎症消失率为 5 8.1 % ,Hp清除率为60 .4% ,均显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,且不良反应轻微 ,发生率仅 5 % ,与对照组无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃乐舒颗粒剂是一种安全、有效的治疗慢性胃炎的药物。

Clinical Study of Wei-Le Granules in Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective: To study the therapeutic efficacy of Wei Le granules in treating chronic superficial gnstritis..Methods:240 endoscope diagnosed chronic superficial gastritis cases were divided at random into 2 groups: The treatment group (120 cases treated with 10 Wei Le granules each time, three times a day) and control group(120 cases treated with Yang Wei Cong Ji 15 gram each time, three time a day). The treatment went on for 6 weeks.Results: Significant improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms was observed between the 2 groups ( P <0.05). The effective rates of upper belly fullness feeling pain and inflanmation disappearance was 79.4%, 72.1% and 80% respectively in the treatment group after 6 weeks' treatrment. The active inflammation disappearance rate was 58.1%, Hp clearance rate was 60.4%, which were higher than in control group ( P <0.05 respectively). No difference on side effect were observed betweenthe 2 groups. Conclusion:Wei Le granule was safe and effective in treating chronicsuperficial gastritis.
