机械通气病人肠内营养支持应用及护理

目的探讨机械通气病人应用肠内营养的护理方法。方法对54例机械通气病人进行肠内营养的观察和护理。结果本组54例机械通气病人，43例顺利撤离呼吸机．10例因脑疝而死亡．病死率18．5％。结论机械通气病人应用肠内营养．有利于提高免疫功能．增强机体抗感染能力，易于撤离呼吸机；只要护理得当，可以避免其并发症的发生。

Application of Enteral Nutrition Support in patients receiving Mechanical Ventilation

Objective To investigate the nursing method of the mechanical ventilated patients with enteral nutrition . Methods 54 mechanical ventilated patients with enteral nutrition were observed and their medical records were analysed. Results Of these patients.43 underwent smooth ventilator weaning,10 died of the brain hernia.mortality was 18. 5%. Conclusion The Application of enteral nutrition to the patients with mechanical ventilation can enhance the immunity and reduce the rate of infection.and lead to smooth ventilator weaning. The appropriate nursing can avoid the occurrence of complications.
