| 摘 要： | 目的：观察分析Tini－形状记忆合金接骨器治疗肢体创伤性骨折的疗效。方法：切开复位，形状记忆合金接骨器内固定治疗肢体创伤性骨折174例；结果：174例经（6－18）个月的随访均在术后3个月内有连续骨痂通过骨折线，功能恢复良好，结论：Tini－形状记忆合金接骨器手术中不钻孔，不用螺钉，对髓内血管及内膜无损率，固定可靠，手术简便，功能恢复快，尤其适用于粉碎性骨折，但此法不适用于少儿，扁平骨，干骺及不规则部位骨折，取出经普通接骨板难。

| Abstract: | To observe therapeutic effects of Tini-memory alloy bone fracture ware on extremity traumatic fracture.Methods:174 cases with traumatic bone fracture were treated using the Tini-memory alloy bone fracture ware by surgical operation.Results:All patients had successful healing after operation for three months and the bone function was recovering quickly.Conclusion:Tini-memory alloy bone fracture ware is a small injury and confident bone apparatus.It is available for comminuted fracture and children patients specially. |
