Familial dwarfism: case report

Abstract:Three sisters are described, of consanguinous parents, with multiple trophic hormone deficiencies presenting as short stature. In two of them the size of the sella turcica is large in relation to the skeletal age and height. All three show an acute metabolic response to an administered preparation of human growth hormone.
