| 摘 要： | 目的：观察改良静脉输液头皮针应用于头皮静脉采血的效果。方法：将100例需采集血标本的肥胖儿随机分成对照组50例和试验组50例.对照组应用传统股静脉采血,试验组应用改良头皮针行头皮静脉采血.以一次性穿刺并抽足血标本量为成功,并做记录。结果：试验组成功率明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：应用改良静脉输液头皮针行头皮静脉采血,既提高了化验准确性，又为患儿减少重复穿刺的痛苦，有效提高了护理工作效率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To modify the transfusion scalp needle for blood taking in scalp superficial vein of babies.Methods: 100 obese babies were divided randomly into two groups: experimental group and control group.The control group was carried out the traditional blood taking in femar vein.The experimental group was performed the blood taking in scalp superficial vein.The success standard was defined as the enough blood quantity and one time puncture.Results: The success rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion: Using the modified transfusion scalp needle to take blood sample not only elevate the accuracy,reduce the suffering of babies,but also improve the work efficiency of nursing. |
