| 摘 要： | 光照疗法是新生儿黄疸治疗的推荐方法。本文从应用光源发展角度出发,分析了各种黄疸光疗仪的结构和功能,讨论了其优缺点及有待解决的关键问题。文中重点分析了一种新型冷光源——发光二极管,同时对其应用黄疸光疗的发展前景作了展望。

| Abstract: | Phototherapy is the most common therapeutic intervention used for the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia. From the view of developments of light source, this paper comprehensively reviews various phototherapy systems by illustrating their fabrication and function. Advantages and shortcomings of these equipments and their critical issues awaiting solution are discussed. The review introduces a new-type light source Light Emitting Diode （LED）, and summarizes its application of neonatal jaundice phototherapy. In addition, prospects in this field are analyzed. |
