| 摘 要： | 脊椎动物的脑神经嵴干细胞(CNCSC)具有多向分化潜能,参与形成颅颌面部多种组织器官.下文就近年来CNCSC体外分离培养技术作一,为研究CNCSC与口腔颌面部组织器官发育、再生修复以及相关疾病发生机制提供方法 学参考.

| Abstract: | The vertebrate cranial neural crest is a pluripotent stem cell population, giving rise to various types of tissues in the craniofacial region. This article is to review the research progress of in vitro culture approaches of cranial neural crest stem cells, to provide methodological reference for study on craniofacial development, regenera-tion, and associated diseases. |
