| 摘 要： | 动脉血栓是一种多因素的疾病，除了常见的高血脂、高血压、肥胖等公认危险因素外，凝血、抗凝因子与动脉血栓的关系也相继见于报道，该文就凝血、抗凝因子基因多态性与动脉血栓的关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | Arterial thromboembolism is a multiple-factor disease involing genetic and environmental factors.In addition to the generally well-accepted risk factors,such as hyperlipemia,hypertension,obesity,coagulation and anticoagulation factors have been reported to be related with arterial thrombosis.The relationship between genetic polymorphism of coagulation and anticoagulation factors and arterial thrombosis will be reviewed in this paper briefly. |
