| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨闭合性皮肤撕脱伤的早期诊断和治疗。方法 回顾我院1991年10月至2001年12月收治的76例肢体碾压伤中7例肢体闭合性皮肤撕脱伤患者的诊断过程，采用带蒂的保留真皮下血管网皮肤与全厚或中厚皮结合的网格状皮肤原位回植方法修复创而。结果 7例患者中有6例手术治疗后皮肤全部成活，1例经穿刺放血保守治疗成功。结论 汽车车轮碾过肢体后没有造成皮肤伤口时，应高度怀疑肢体闭合性皮肤撕脱伤，手术治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the early diagnosis and Irealmenl of closed skin avulsion in extremities.Methods The treatment of 7 cases of closed skin avulsion was reviewed postoperatively.They were among the 76 rases of crush injury in extremities who were treated from Oct.1991 to Dec.2001.6 cases were operated on while 1 case was given conservative treatment.Results Tin;skin of the 6 operative,cases survived after the operation,while the 1 conservative case succeeded with puncture and blood drainage.Conclusion Tn case of the extremities crushed over by a vehicle,closed skin avulsion should be suspected in spile of absence of open skin wounds.Early operative treatment can achieve satisfactory results. |
