灸关元、大椎改善阳虚证血液流变指标的临床研究

摘    要:目的:艾灸老年阳虚证患者关元、大椎穴,观察其对血流变的影响。方法:将206例阳虚证患者分成配对两组,两组配对的病人接受相同的基础治疗,但灸法组同时接受艾灸关元、大椎治疗,观察血流变的改变情况,同时观察阳虚证的好转情况与基础疾病的治疗情况。结果:血流变有明显改善,阳虚证、基础疾病均有好转。结论:灸法组可以明显改变血流变,灸法组症状与体征的改善也比对照组明显。

Abstract:Objective:Moxa Guan Yuan、Dazhui acupoint of elderly patients with Yang deficiency,to observe how it impacts the blood stream.Methods:206 patients with Yang deficiency were divided into two matched groups,two groups of patients accept the same basic treatment,but the moxibustion group simultaneously accepts the Guanyuan、Dazhui moxibustion treatment and obseve the changes in blood stream,while observing the improvement of the situation for the Yang Deficiency and foundation illnesses.Results:the significant improvement in blood stream,Yang deficiency,foundation diseases have the change for the better.Conclusion:The moxibustion group may significantly change the blood stream,its symptoms and signs of improvement are also more obvious than the matching group
