| 摘 要： | 探讨普通外科微创手术的开展对实习质量的影响及对策。提出教学医院要充分发挥宏观调控能力,为临床实习创造有利外部环境;科室要确立正确的教育理念,强化临床教学工作的重要地位;带教教师要善于引导学生培养临床实践能力;医学生要克服消极情绪,主动学习,以适应普通外科新技术应用对实习的影响。

| Abstract: | The article explored the effects and countermeasures of performing minimally invasive surgery in general surgery department on clinical practice for students and pointed out that teaching hospital should play an important role in macroscopic regulation,the department should establish the exact aducational principle,the teacher should be good at cultivating the practice ability of students,while the students should learn to control the passive mood and adapt to the application of new techniques. |
