| 摘 要： | 实验观察了龙马回春胶囊温肾壮阳及提高机体免疫力作用。实验结果表明，龙马回春胶囊能明显增加去势大鼠的前列腺贮精囊、海绵球肌及肛提肌重量，提高血清睾酮水平，缩短阴茎勃起潜伏期；明显增加小鼠血液溶血素，提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率。提示龙马回春胶囊具有补肾壮阳作用和一定的提高机体体液免疫和细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | The pharmacologic effects of Longma Huichun capsule(LHC)were studied in this paper.The results indicated that LHC could increase the weight of prostatic capsule, spongy body and levator ani muscle of the unsex rats, enhance the serum testosterone, shorten the penil erection period. LHC could significantly increase hemolysin and lymphycyte transformation rate of mice.The study prompted that the drug have the function of building kidney and strengthening yang, and improving the immunity of body and cells. |
