胸腹腔灌注化疗联合内生场热疗治疗恶性胸腹水

目的：观察胸腹腔灌注化疗结合内生场热疗治疗恶性胸腹水的临床疗效。方法：治疗组25例采用胸腹腔灌注化疗联合内生场热疗方法，对照组25例行单纯胸腹腔灌注化疗，观察两组疗效、生活质量改善和不良反应情况。结果：治疗组有效率84．0％，对照组有效率56．0％，两组有显著差异（P〈0．05），治疗组生活质量改善率80．0％，对照组52．0％，两组有显著差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者不良反应较轻，可以耐受，治疗组出现局部皮肤灼热疼痛感，2例病人出现皮下脂肪硬结。结论：热疗联合胸腹腔灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腹水可提高疗效和生活质量，不良反应小，是肿瘤晚期姑息治疗一种好的手段。

Clinical study on malignant hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum treated with Jntracavitary perfusion chemotherapy combined with local endogenetic thermotherapy

Objective：To observe the clinical effects on malignant hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum treated with intracavitary perfusion chemotherapy combined with local endogenetic thermotherapy. Methods ：Twenty five patients with malignant hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum （ treatment group） were treated with intracavitary perfusion chemotherapy combined with local endogenedc thermotherapy, another 25 patients with malignant hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum （control group） were treated with intracavitary perfusion chemotherapy only, then obsere the treatment effects, quality of life and sideeffects in two groups. Results ：The effective rate was 84.0% in treatment group,56.0% in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the rate of quality of life improvement was 8 0.0 % in treatment group, 5 2.0 % in control （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sideeffects were not serious in two groups ,flaming pain was found in local skin in treatment group, and the fat sclerosis was found in under skin in 2 patients. Conclusion：Intracavitary perfusion chemotherapy combined with local endogenetic therrnotherapy could improve the treatment effects and quality of life in patients with malignant hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum, this method is a good palliative treatment way to treat cancer in advanced stage.
