长骨干骨折后骺板的流式细胞学变化

摘    要:为探索发育骨骨折后骨过长的机制,用流式细胞方法对未成熟大鼠胫骨骨折后近端骺板软骨细胞DNA含量做了定量分析,表明长骨干骨折后骺板软骨细胞增生活跃,骨折侧骺板增生率高于对侧肢体骺板的增生率,骨折侧和对侧肢体增生率大于正常对照组的增生率。前者与创伤后患肢充血和骨折骨骨膜损伤解除对骺板的约束力有关;后者与创伤后全身生长素水平升高,局部骨生长因子释放有关。

The Change of Flow Cytometry in Epiphyseal Plates in Long Bone Fractures

Abstract:This is another experiment, after our previous one by autoradiography, to detect the changes of the tibial epiphyseal plate in the immature rat fractures. The results agreed to each other. They include: the proliferation in epiphyseal plates of fractured bone was more than that of contralateral side, which was still more than that of the normal controls. The former (in injured limbe) was due to hyperemia caued by trauma and the release of tension across the epiphyseal plates after periosteal disruption.The later(in contralateral side) was due to general secretion of somatotropin after trauma and local production of bone growth factor from the fractured bone.
