| 摘 要： | 对１４例胃食管反流（ＧＥＲ）患儿行放射性核素胃食管显像（ＧＥＳ），１１例发现异常征象，诊断的特异性为７８．５％。着重对检查方法、检测指标及诊断标准进行讨论，认为ＧＥＳ具有符合生理、简便无创、动态观测、定量分析及诊断率较高的特点，是诊断胃食管返流的重要手段。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the gastroesophageal scitigraphy(GES)in 14 children with gastroesophageal reflux(GER).After ingesting 99m Tc sulfur colloid in dextrose.gastroesophageal activity was monitored continously by SPECT for 30-60 minutes.Eleven of 14 children had abnormal figures in GES.The accuracy of GER diagnosis by CES was 78.5%.GES is not only an accurate diagnostic examination,but also is a quantitative study for the reflux.This technique is simple and convenient,it gives a physiologic observation at low radiation exposure.GES is a sensitive test for detecting GER. |
