发育性髋脱位闭合复位后髋臼发育的初步观察

对３０例单侧发育性髋脱位（ＤＤＨ）患儿闭合复位前后髋关节Ｘ线片进行测量，以自身健侧股骨头中心距离（ＣＨＤＤ）和髋臼指数为对照进行比较分析。结果显示：患髋ＣＨＤＤ不超过５％者，闭合复位后２年，其优良率达９５％，而ＣＨＤＤ大于６％者，则６７％的髋脱位治疗效果欠佳；髋臼指数明显改善发生在闭合复位后３～６个月。这些发现对ＤＤＨ的保守治疗具有一定的指导意义。

The Investigation of Acetabular Development Following Closed Reduction of Developmental Dislocation of the Hip

Thirty cases of unilateral developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH) were examined with radiography before and after closed reduction. The center-head distance discrepancy (CHDD) and acetabular index of the affected hip were compared with those of the unaffected ones. It showed that ninety-five percent of hips with a CHDD<5 had satisfactory results,while 67 %with a CHDD>6 % had unsatisfactory results. The significant improvement in the acetabular index was seen in the first 3-6 months after colsed reduction.All these may be used as a clinical guide in colsed reduction for DDH.
