急性白血病bcl—2蛋白表达的检测及临床意义

目的：检测小儿急性白血病（AL）bcl-2蛋白表达，探讨bcl-2基因在AL发生、诊治中的作用及对临床的指导意义。方法：采用免疫细胞化学法（ICC）测定AL骨髓标本中bcl-2蛋白表达，并分析其与影响白血病预后有关的临床参数的关系。结果：bcl-2表达在AL中显著增高，与年龄、性别、WBC数、肝、脾、淋巴结肿大、FAB分型间无显著相关。结论：抗凋亡基因bcl-2可能与白血病的发生有关，bcl-2蛋白表达的高低有望成类临床判断复发及制定治疗方案的参考指标之一。

The expression and clinical significance of bcl-2 proteins in childhood acute leukemia

Objective To study the expression of bcl-2 protein, and its relation to the clinical characteristics , discuss the values in occurrence, treatment and prognosis in child acute leukemia(AL). Methods To detect the bcl-2 expression of mononuclear marrow cells in child AL by immunocyto- chemistry staining and analyze its correlation with the clinical parameter .Results The positive expression rate of bcl-2 in child AL is significantly higher ,and no high-risk features, such as age , sex, WBC count , hepatosphenomegaly and swollen lymph nodes , FAB classification, were significantly correlated with bcl-2 . Conclusion Anti-apoptosis bcl-2 gene may be associated with the occurrence and development of child leukemia. The rate of bcl-2 expression may be useful for diagnosis and the choice of therapy.
