博路定治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎55例

目的:探讨博路定治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎的疗效。方法:慢性乙型重型肝炎110例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各55例。治疗组给予传统的保肝治疗;治疗组在传统的保肝治疗基础上,口服博路定0.5mg/次,1次/d,观察30d。结果:肝功能生化指标、肝功能的复常率、并发症的发生率、HBVDNA的变化情况,治疗组与对照组相比均有显著的差异性。结论:在传统保肝的基础上,口服博路定能显著提高慢性重型乙型肝炎的抢救成功率。

Baraclude for Treatment of 55 Patients with Chronic Severe Hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of baraclude in the treatment of 55 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods Were randomly put into a conventional supporting treatment and a baraclude group.In the latter,55 patients were given baraclude besides the support care which was also give to the control group.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the recovery of liver function and HBVDNA negative.The rate of death in the baraclude treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.The rate of hepatitis coma,infection and hepatitis kidney failure were also significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Our results suggest that baraclude has a good effect in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B.
